I have been reading, The House on Mango Street, just after finishing Girl Interrupted. Both books that are quick easy reads for the bus or the train. I also took out some music; I just took out the Woody Guthrie, Buffalo Skinner The ASCN Recordings, VOL. 4.
Of course, I am supposed to be working on my resume. I have been telling my mom that I have been doing that for the past year. I just get very stuck. Where do I start? What am I good at? How do I put into words that I can carrying trees up stairs and because of this I will be magical for their business? How many of these do you get a day? Do I even have clothes for the interview that might come up? So after all of these questions whiz through my head I get dizzy and usually DON'T do anything to, but self critiqued resume. Well, wish me luck because today I will think all of these things, yet I am going to make it really GOOD.
This day will be blessed with the company of Diana Krall's new album Glad Rag Doll, the good old Woody, The Roots album Undun, and Dr. John's new album Locked Down.
