Ginger Garlic Bulgar Salad

Bulgar is one of those good for you grains that you need to try once in your life. Once you do go there, there is no going back. It is quite interesting in texture and great addition to the kitchen. It is the main ingredient of tabbouleh a parsley rich Arab salad that is a great salad staple. Below is my worldly version of bulgar in an Asian style salad.

Salad:

3 cups bulgar (cooked)
1/2 container of cherry tomatoes 
1 1/2 cups arugula 
1 carrot peeled lengthwise :)

Dressing:

2 scallions
2 tbs mashed ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
1tbs sesame oil
1/4 veggie oil
1/4 sherry vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
