Peter Rabbit Cock-Tail
2 oz of pineapple juice
3oz of carrot juice
1 1/2 oz of gin (& juice)
1/4 oz of St. Germain liquor
Splash of champagne
Muddled pineapple and basil
Basil to garnish
Hurry drink it soon before it gets too cold in the North.
