What do you do when you cut up a bunch of cabbage and leeks and scallions? Make salsa! So I am on a salsa kick since its easy and a quick eat for the summer! This one is a little awesome since it is not tomato based!
Cut half a cabbage into thin strips! Then thinly slice a leek and scallion and one clove of garlic. Place everything in blender add a dash of salt and pepper. 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and olive oil!
Enjoy with chips and fresh lime squeezed over the chips!
Ahhh! gotta' go to the chicago film makers I am running late!
