Well, I must tell you all the truth. I don't measure shit when I bake! So, when the final result sucks I have no one to blame, but myself. I slaved all day and felt like I failed when my crust on the Comfy Cheesecake was to thick and to dry. 

So..., THROW IT AWAY RIGHT 5 %&$* hours later. NO, what I recommend is that if you ever do make a crust that is to dry and it is just not right, make sure that it is served correctly. Which of course was how is was intended ;)  served in a bowl of half and half with a some heavy whip cream on top! What people don't know never hurt 'em.
